The ROITT Group will assess an organizations AS Is processes by initiating a "Current State" document. This document can include the processess from an entire enterprise or a single department. The scope of the project will define the detail within the document.

These findings are shared with the management team and used to highlight gaps and introduce technology or solutions. Through a thorough approval process which takes into consideration feedback from both the business and IT departments, a "Future State" document is developed and used as a guideline for creating a Transformational Plan.
