The ROITT Group will help develop and create a path that will become the Transformational Plan. This plan will document the process involved in leading your organization from the Current State to an envisioned Future State. The two primary concerns will be to focus on the business solutions and the integration of those solutions into your IT infrastructure.

 In order for this to be successful, we typically recommend that a Steering Committe and a Project Team be identified. Once the plan and the players are in place and roles and obejectives have been identified we can start the execution of the agreed upon transformation.
